Norm Stoehr -
As the founder of Inner Circle, Norm has spent the past 20 years expanding his vision. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who has owned many businesses, including restaurants and a construction company, and has "walked the walk" through all the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. His energy, wisdom and love of the game continue to inspire the company.

Stephanie Laitala -
With an MBA and 18 years of finance experience, including running her own business, Stephanie continues to forge new ground. Her high standards, cutting-edge insights and strategic thinking are integral to our success. Stephanie has been the managing partner of Inner Circle International, Ltd. for the past two years.

John Francis -
Franchising is in John's blood. His father started The Barbers, Hairstyling for Men & Women, a great national franchise success story. John was involved with many areas, including international development and ongoing relationships with The Barbers' 350 franchisees. John is a natural business leader with true concern for others. He has solid franchise industry experience.

We are also proud to tell others that our partners share a history and ongoing involvement in the company. John's father was Norm's founding partner. Stephanie's parents were charter members in two of the first Inner Circles. And Norm's involvement has remained constant for the organization's 20 year history.
